Lukas Graham Perform 'Mama Said' During MTV VMA 2016 Pre-Show (Video)

Lukas Graham takes to the stage during the pre-show at the 2016 MTV Video Music Awards held at Madison Square Garden on Sunday (August 28) in New York City.

The 27-year-old lead singer and the rest of the group – Magnus Larsson, Kasper Daugaard, and Mark Falgren – chose to perform their hit “Mama Said” for their VMA debut.

The group was also nominated for Best New Artist at the award ceremony!

“Win or loose this is going to be epic! I mean we get to perform live music, which is what we advocate for so strongly :D” the band wrote on their Twitter.
