Drake Bell Will Serve Jail Time After Striking Plea Deal

Drake Bell has reached a plea deal in his recent DUI case and he will serve 96 hours of jail time as part of a mandatory sentence.

Because this is the 30-year-old actor’s second conviction for DUI, he must serve jail time, according to TMZ. He was previously arrested back in 2009.

Drake was arrested in December after he was spotted going 55 MPH in a 35 MPH zone and he failed a field sobriety test.

On top of the jail time, Drake will have to attend an alcohol education program and serve four years of probation.
