Forever In Your Mind's Emery & Ricky Were Almost Nickelodeon Stars!

The guys — Liam Attridge, Emery Kelly and Ricky Garcia — spoke to the mag about music, their formation and more. Check it:

On their future plans: “World domination takes time — like two to three years — but we’ll get there. I want a chance for everyone to listen to our music. I want it on the radio so that even if you don’t know us at all, you’ll know our songs.”

On their sound: “I think I want it to sound like us. Relatable, free, a hint of our insecurities and our experiences, and also a hint of our rebellious. In our music, you can hear us. I’m throwing out examples — so if you’re going to high school, and you can kind of go through every single person, you’ll find a little bit of us in every single person.”

On how they were almost Nickelodeon stars: “The day before we did the Disney meeting, we were at Radio Disney, and me [Ricky] and Emery were actually about to sign with Nickelodeon for this different show. And the heads of some of the casting came by and we told them that we were about to go to Miami to start shooting for the Nick show. And they told us to wait and to get a meeting with them first.”
