AGT's Grace VanderWaal Had Trouble With Fake Friends at School

Grace VanderWaal struggles with the same problems we all can encounter at school.

The 12-year-old America’s Got Talent winner recently opened up about people who tried to be her friend only after she became famous from the show.

“[The reaction] is very great but it gets kind of confusing,” Grace told Rolling Stone earlier this year. “I used to sit alone at lunch with only [my friend] Caroline, and now all these people are coming. I don’t know if they genuinely want to be my friend or they want to be the girl from America’s Got Talent‘s friend.”

Grace is gearing up for the debut of her EP Perfectly Imperfect, which drops December 2!
