'Hunger Games' Amandla Stenberg & 'Stranger Things' Charlie Heaton Team Up for Indie Teen Drama 'As You Are' -- (Video)

Amandla Stenberg, who you probably first met when she broke your heart as Rue in the Hunger Games, is 2017′s indie It Girl!

In her latest project, the 18-year-old actress is teaming up with Charlie Heaton (aka Jonathan Byers from season one of the breakout Netflix hit Stranger Things) for the teen drama As You Are.

The storyline centers around three teens who become each others’ saving grace until changing relationships and emerging secrets force them to look at themselves and see how far they are willing to go live the lives they choose.

Amandla is also starring in the much-anticipated movie Everything, Everything, based on the novel by Nicola Yoon. JJJ got an exclusive look here.

As You Are starts rolling out to selective theaters this week.
