Val Chmerkovskiy just got one of the most perfect birthday presents ever — Fifth Harmony singing “Happy Birthday” to him!

The DWTS pro dancer, who is in Asia with his celeb partner Normani Kordei, was greeted with a birthday serenade for his 31st birthday in Japan.

After arriving in Tokyo from Okinawa, Val was treated to a birthday dinner with the entire band. So cool!

Another amazing birthday gift? His fans donated money to Childrens’ LA Hospital in his name!
