Calum Worthy Once Picked Out His Own Superhero Name & It Was Perfect (Exclusive)

Anyone else just insanely stoked about Calum Worthy‘s new gig in Freeform’s New Warriors?! So are we!

After we heard the big news, we couldn’t help but remember one time that we talked with Calum, and he picked out his own, perfectly perfect superhero name.

This was before Austin & Ally went off the air and when Katy Perry‘s “Firework” was huge, and we asked Calum about his superhero name, and powers — and he didn’t hesitate one bit!


“The firecracker,” he told us confidently. “Wait, let’s change it to Firework and my powers would be that all I could do was sing Katy Perry’s song.”

If that isn’t the most Calum Worthy-ist answer ever!
