The 20-year-old Olympic gold medalist is going through an uncomfortable rite of passage this week that many of us have to face eventually: she is getting her wisdom teeth removed.

“wisdom teeth removal food recommendations GO!” the Dancing With the Stars dancer tweeted yesterday (July 25) to her followers. Fortunately, they delivered with their recommendations, suggesting everything from mashed potatoes to macaroni to milkshakes (but not through a straw!)
