OlderMarvel Announces Phase 5 & 6 MCU Plans - Here's All the Comic-Con Announcements!
PHASE 6
The Fantastic Four will officially debut in the MCU with a brand new movie. John Krasinski previously appeared as Fantastic Four’s smartest man alive Reed Richards, aka Mister Fantastic, in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness.
Fantastic Four will kick off production in 2023, with a November 8, 2024 release date.
It was then revealed that Phase 6 and the Multiverse Saga will culminate with not one but TWO Avengers movies!
First up is Avengers: The Kang Dynasty, premiering in theaters on May 2, 2025.
Followed by an eruption of cheers at Comic-Con, the final film in the Multiverse Saga, Avengers: Secret Wars was announced. Fans have been anticipating the Secret Wars, so this is a big, exciting announcement.
The movie is slated for a November 7, 2025 release.
Marvel also confirmed eight more dates for Phase 6, with titles under wraps at this time – Fall 2024 x2, Winter 2024, Winter 2025 (likely January/February), Spring 2025 x2, and Summer 2025 x2.
Fans think that some of these titles may be revealed at Disney’s upcoming D23 Expo later this year. Stay tuned!
