Avantika, Christopher Briney & Bebe Wood Join the Cast of 'Mean Girls' Movie Musical Adaptation

The upcoming Mean Girls movie musical has gained three new stars!

Deadline reveals that Avantika, Christopher Briney and Bebe Wood have all been cast in major roles for the new movie version of the Broadway musical.

Of course, the musical is based on the hit the movie of the same, written by Tina Fey, who also wrote the Broadway musical. She will adapt the musical version for the upcoming movie as well.

The trio join previously announced stars Angourie Rice as Cady Heron, Renee Rapp as Regina George, Auli’i Cravalho as Janis and Jaquel Spivey as Damien.

Christopher has been cast as Aaron Samuels while Avantika will be playing Karen Smith and Bebe will be Gretchen Weiners.

Christopher shared on his Instagram story, “very grateful and so excited”

Bebe excitedly shared on her Instagram, “I WILL be making fetch happen.”

Renowned choreographer Kyle Hanagami has been tapped to choreograph the film!
