Ariana Grande just performed the first show on her Dangerous Woman World Tour and we can report that she sings every song from the album during the show!
The 23-year-old singer kicked off the tour on Friday night (February 3) at the Talking Stick Resort Arena in Phoenix, Ariz.
The set list includes every single song featured on the Dangerous Woman album, but sadly for fans of Ari‘s first album Yours Truly, none of those songs are included. There are several hits from My Everything that she performs though!
Just when you thought Alessia Cara couldn’t surprise you any more, she does!
The “How Far I’ll Go” singer stopped by The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon and laid her awesome vocal skills on everyone, nailing impressions of both Ariana Grande and Lorde during a game of Wheel of Musical Impressions with the host.
The 23-year-old singer and John‘s remake version was produced by Ron Fair, while director Dave Meyers took on the music video, which is set to premiere later this month.
In the original Disney animated film, Celine Dion and Peabo Bryson performed “Beauty and the Beast” for the film’s soundtrack and won the Grammy, Golden Globe and the Oscar.
“Stepping into the shoes of an Oscar- and Grammy Award-winning classic is not small potatoes,” producer Ron Fair said in a statement. “But with today’s two greatest singersJohn Legend and Ariana Grandewe are bringing the song back with a new school/old school fresh treatment that shows the soulfulness and power of what a great melody and lyric can inspire.”
“Beauty and the Beast” is also available on iTunes and Spotify!
