The 18-year-old X Factor champ teamed up with Clean Bandit to perform their brand new single, “Tears”, which just dropped the day before, on the grand finale show.

The group — Jack Patterson, Luke Patterson, Grace Chatto, and Milan Neil Amin-Smith — joined collaborator Jess Glynne on the red carpet ahead of winning the Best Dance Recording Grammy for “Rather Be”.
Clean Bandit and Jess beat out Disclosure‘s “F For You” ft. Mary J. Blige, Duke Dumont‘s “I Got You,” ft. Jax Jones, Zhu‘s “Faded,” and Basement Jaxx‘s “Never Say Never” ft. ETML.
