Jenna Johnson cozies up to fiance Val Chmerkovskiy as they arrive for the 2018 Industry Dance Awards held at Avalon Hollywood on Wednesday night (August 15) in Los Angeles.

The newly engaged couple were joined by his brother, Maksim and his dancer wife Peta Murgatroyd, as well as Julianne Hough and host Sharna Burgess.

The Industry Dance Awards is an annual event that brings the global dance community together in celebration of creativity, industry innovation, and the fight against cancer.

Kyle Hanagami is also pictured on the red carpet with Julianne. Kyle was honored with the New Media Influencer award at the event.

Adam Rippon and Jenna Johnson finally got together with their hot guys for a double date!

The Dancing With the Stars champs had dinner at Craig’s restaurant on Friday night (August 10) in West Hollywood, Calif.

Adam was joined by boyfriend Jussi-Pekka Kajaala and Jenna was joined by her fiance Val Chmerkovskiy. Jenna shared a photo of them at the table on her Instagram stories and wrote, “Finally.”

Adam, Jenna, and Val are all working on the upcoming season of Dancing With the Stars: Juniors. Adam and Val are both judges while Jenna is one of the mentors. The new season premieres in October.

The newly engaged pro dancers were definite couple goals while walking the jade carpet together for the event.

If you missed the big news, both Jenna and Val will be a part of the upcoming Dancing With The Stars Juniors spinoff – him as a judge and her as a mentor to niece, Hailey Bills.

“Being her mentor has been a dream come true,” Jenna wrote after the big announcement. “I always dreamed of having a little sister and she’s basically turned out to be my twin. Get ready for this superstar @haileybills18.”

Dancing With The Stars Juniors will premiere in October on ABC.

Val Chmerkovskiy just confirmed one of the many details about his upcoming wedding to Jenna Johnson – Adam Rippon will be a bridesman!

After talking about his upcoming nuptials with Jenna on Good Morning America this morning and thinking that Adam will be standing up as one of her attendants, Val confirmed it.

“This has just been confirmed with the fiancé :)” he wrote on Twitter.

Val and Adam joined choreographer Mandy Moore on the program this morning, as they were revealed as the new judges for Dancing With The Stars Juniors.

“Very excited to be part of this awesome new dance show on @abcnetwork It’s going to be the BIGGEST show of Lil’ Superstars on television and I’m proud to help guide and celebrate the future of not just dance but the future influencers and leaders of our world,” he added his excitement about the show.

Val Chmerkovskiy went all traditional with his proposal to longtime love Jenna Johnson.

Speaking with ET, the adorable couple opened up about their recent engagement which happened during a spontaneous moment in Venice, Italy during a getaway.

“I asked her father, obviously that was a huge thing,” Val revealed “With our tour we were in Utah probably beginning of May and so it was a month before I proposed. So about a month, a little more than that.”

“I was shocked because I’m very traditional and so he knew that talking to my dad was really important and he was very adamant about doing it in person,” she added. “And so the first thing I actually said to him was, ‘Did you ask my dad?’ And he was like, ‘Yes, of course!’”

As for their actual wedding plans, Val and Jenna are considering a very small wedding, or just eloping altogether.

“I just want to put it out there right now for all my friends. ‘You’re not invited. You’re not invited and don’t take it personally,’” Val says, joking. “We’ve been talking budgets. We’ve been talking 2018. We’re talking like, I celebrate you every day. Why do we need to pay extra for another meal?”

Jenna added, “At this point I would love to elope because wedding planning is stressful.”

Dancing with the Stars pros Cheryl Burke, Hayley Erbert, and Jenna Johnson head into the studio!

The dancers were all spotted getting to work on the new season, Dancing with the Stars: Juniors, this week in Los Angeles.

They were joined by fellow DWTS pros Lindsay Arnold, Artem Chigvintsev, Keo Motsepe, Sasha Farber, Gleb Savchenko, Witney Carson, and Emma Slater.

Also spotted at the studio were some of the juniors the group will be mentoring, including Hailey Bills and Brightyn Brems.

Dancing with the Stars: Juniors, which will focus on young celebs and kids of celebs, is set to premiere sometime this fall. It will air on Sundays at 8PM on ABC.

Val Chmerkovskiy and Jenna Johnson just got engaged this week in Venice in the most romantic and surprising way ever, and now he’s talking all about it in a new interview.

“When I was 17, I visited Venice for the first time and thought it was the most romantic place in the world,” the 31-year-old dancer told People. “I promised myself then that the next time I would come back to Venice was to propose to the woman I’d want to spend the rest of my life with.”

And it happened! “Fifteen years later I kept my word. It was perfect.”

Val adds that his whole life has changed for the better with Jenna in it, and we’re melting!

“I find myself to be the best version of myself that I’ve ever been. She’s awesome.”
