The 24-year-old musician grabbed a bite to eat with some friends after addressing the Jonas Brothers break up in New York City earlier in the week.

Along with brothers Nick and Kevin, the former band wrote a goodbye letter to their fans.
“We would like to say THANK YOU to everyone who has supported and inspired us through the years, and stood by us in this difficult decision. We feel and appreciate your love,” the brothers wrote.

The 21-year-old actor/musician guest stars in the hit CBS show as a computer hacker involved in a case that the 5-0 team is investigating whose motives might be even more complicated than they suspect.
In “Akanahe”, McGarrett (Alex O’Loughlin) and Grover (Chi McBride) must work together to protect national security after they are tasked by the Governor to serve a seemingly menial warrant to a young computer hacker (Jonas).
“Akanahe” airs Friday, November 15th @ 9PM ET/PT on CBS.

The guys – Nick, Joe, and Kevin – explained why they decided to break up after years as a family band.

“I think it was time, and for us it took some time getting there, but we feel like it’s time that the Jonas Brothers come to an end,” Kevin said.
“We’re family first, and that’s always been our main priority, and so honesty within what we do as a group was really important,” Nick said. “I came to the table with the guys just before we were prepping to leave for tour, and I shared my heart with them, my feelings. In a nutshell, I said, ‘Look, I feel like we’ve had some complications within the group for a long time without addressing them. I think this train will fall off the tracks without really getting real about some of the concerns and some of the limitations that we may feel as individuals in the group.’ It was a tough conversation…It was the first time we really had that real conversation. It was a few days of working through it.”
“At some point, we decided it was best to finish this and support each other and our own ventures down the way,” Joe added.

“It was a unanimous decision,” Joe shared with People magazine, who broke the news.
Earlier this month, the Jonas Brothers called off their fall tour and shocked fans further when they deleted the group’s Twitter.

Sad news – it looks like the Jonas Brothers won’t be getting back together any time soon.
The guys – Joe, Nick, and Kevin – confirmed that the band has called it quits indefinitely.
“It’s over for now,” Kevin told People. Nick added, “It’s really hard to say ‘forever.’ We’re closing a chapter, for sure.”
“It was a unanimous decision,” Joe said.
The decision came after Nick called a meeting on Oct. 3 to express his concerns. “I was feeling kind of trapped,” he said. “I needed to share my heart with my brothers.”
