Shawn Mendes has dropped the first song from his upcoming movie Lyle, Lyle, Crocodile!
The 24-year-old musician debuted the track on Friday (September 30), just one week before the film and the soundtrack are released.
For the new song, Shawn penned it with Jon Bellion, Amy Allen, Scott Harris, Jason ‘Tenroc’ Cornet, Clyde Lawrence and Jordan Cohen.
He also produced it with Jon, TenRoc, and The Diner.

The 24-year-old “There’s Nothing Holdin’ Me Back” singer went for a walk with a few of his friends on Sunday afternoon (September 25) in West Hollywood, Calif.

For his stroll, Shawn looked cool in a suede tan shirt over a white tank shirt paired with black shorts and brown clogs.
A few days earlier, Shawn was spotted wearing a skintight shirt as he left the gym after a workout.

Shawn Mendes has revealed the full track list for the soundtrack to his upcoming movie Lyle, Lyle, Crocodile!
The 24-year-old entertainer stars as the title character, who can only speak in song and loves baths, caviar and great music-living in the attic of his new home.
Shawn is credited on eight tracks in the movie, with co-stars Javier Bardem and Constance Wu, as well Anthony Ramos and legends Stevie Wonder and Elton John.

The 24-year-old “Stitches” singer made his way out of gym with a few friends on Tuesday morning (September 20) in West Hollywood, Calif.

For his workout, Shawn sported a gray, skintight shirt and black shorts.
After the workout, Shawn and his friends headed to S.O.L. Cafe to grab coffee.
Last week, Shawn was in New York City where he joined tons of other stars at the Tommy Hilfiger Fashion Show.

Shawn Mendes dons a sweater vest while attending the Tommy Hilfiger fashion show on Sunday (September 11) in New York City.
The 24-year-old musician stepped out for the New York Fashion Week show, which also saw Tate McRae and Yungblud, with girlfriend Jesse Jo Stark, and Noah Beck in attendance.
If you remember, Tate was supposed to open up for Shawn on the second leg of his Wonder: The Tour.
“Newyork Tommy Week @tommyhilfiger,” Shawn captioned photos on Instagram.
Earlier this year, Shawn teamed up with Tommy Hilfiger for the Classics Reborn campaign, and they also made custom pieces for his tour.
