Teen Wolf's Holland Roden Says She'll Miss Lydia's Sass The Most

Teen Wolf said goodbye to their fans on Sunday night (September 24), and we can’t let go just yet.

In a sweet goodbye article, Holland Roden dished about saying goodbye to Lydia Martin and just what she’ll miss the most about her after playing the character for six years.

“The sass of Lydia is what I’ll miss the most,” Holland says. “I’ll miss being a genius and knowing the answer to everything.”

She adds, “I’ll miss magically being in perfect hair and makeup while ready to attack a creature at 3 in the morning.”

Holland will also “miss the life behind the scenes of Teen Wolf, that’s what I’ll miss the most.”

'Teen Wolf' Showrunner Reveals Allison & Scott's Future, If She Hadn't Died on the Show

Allison Argent will always be Scott McCall’s first love on Teen Wolf — but we have to wonder, what would’ve happened if she hadn’t been killed?

Creator Jeff Davis mused about the same thing, and realized something huge.

“I can say that she was his first love,” Jeff says. “There was a time when all I could imagine was Scott and Allison together. There was also a time I couldn’t imagine the show going past 50 episodes. [Laughs]”

However, “if Allison and Scott hadn’t ended, we wouldn’t have had that really funny, romantic story with Kira, which I loved. I also really like the way Malia and Scott’s romance has developed, as well as the message it sends to the audience, which is that you do love more than once in your life.”

The lesson to be learned from all of this: “Your first love doesn’t have to be your only love.”

TELL JJJ: Are you still in love with Allison and Scott, or are you a Scott and Kira person? Or even, Scott and Malia? Let us know!

'Teen Wolf' Showrunner Reveals Where Kira Was During The Finale

Let’s be real here, you totally missed Kira in the Teen Wolf finale…at least we did.

Thankfully, we sort of got an answer about where the Thunder Kitsune could’ve been during former boyfriend Scott McCall’s final battles in Beacon Hills.

“I imagine Kira is off involved in some phenomenal adventure of her own,” Jeff Davis told TVLine in a post-finale interview. “[She's] mastered her skills.”

Kira, played by Arden Cho, was originally only supposed to be in the second half of Season 3.

However, because of the chemistry between her and Tyler Posey, Jeff decided to keep her around. Arden left the series at the end of season 5.

'Teen Wolf' Series Finale Recap - Spoiler Alert!!

The day we didn’t want to come… Teen Wolf has come to an end!

Going into the finale, Scott and the gang were in hot water taking cover from Monroe’s army.

WARNING! Spoilers ahead!! Read along at your own risk!!

In the nick of time, Derek and Stiles swooped in to help and the pack made it out. Lydia used her scream to take out a whole room of soldiers.

The whole pack was turned to stone, leaving Scott to fight the Anuk-Ite himself, who transformed into many of the past villains of the show. Once the Anuk-Ite was defeated, the gang returned to their normal state, however, Scott couldn’t concentrate enough to heal himself from the fight. Lydia suggested that Malia lick Scott’s face to heal him.

The episode ended with a time jump, revealing that Monroe had gotten away, and is alive and well with an army of thousands. Scott’s pack has remained together and were seen walking across a parking lot, leading the way while training the next generation.

The finale was left open with the possibility of a return with a whole new cast. Though the series will continue via a podcast before possibly making a return.

The 26-year-old actor chatted with MTV News about how the show’s finale will now be a new chapter in his acting career.

Teen Wolf ending is huge. I know no acting without the show. It’s going to be such a new chapter. I’ll miss it dearly always. It’s going to be weird,” Dylan explained.

He added, “This is the first time I’m operating without that show to go back to as like a little home.”

Check out all that Dylan had to say in the video below…

The 'Teen Wolf' Cast Will Definitely Be Keeping In Touch After the Show Ends!

The 'Teen Wolf' Cast Will Definitely Be Keeping In Touch After the Show Ends!

Over the past six years, we’ve fallen in love with the cast of Teen Wolf and they totally love each other too!

The cast recently opened up about keeping in touch with each other after the show’s finale.

“I’m not worried at all about keeping in touch with everybody…There’s an odd uniqueness to our show where everyone not just loves each other but needs each other. I need you guys so bad so there’s no way I’m not gonna keep in touch with everybody!” Tyler Posey told MTV News.

He added that he even FaceTimes co-star Shelley Henning, even though he hates video chatting.

“I hate FaceTime! You’re the only one I do it for,” Tyler explained.

Linden Ashby added that every time the cast comes back together, it’s like no time has passed.

“You have to make an effort to stay in touch. But that’s the cool thing about our business is you do go different ways and then when you come back together it’s like you never missed a beat,” Linden said.

Tyler Posey & Dylan O'Brien Spill on Their Final Days on the 'Teen Wolf' Set

Tyler Posey & Dylan O'Brien Spill on Their Final Days on the 'Teen Wolf' Set

We can’t believe that the Teen Wolf finale is actually happening TONIGHT!

We’re not crying, you’re crying.

Longtime co-stars Tyler Posey and Dylan O’Brien recently opened up about what it was like during their final days on set.

Dylan explained that his last days weren’t about his character’s story line but about his cast.

“At that point, it wasn’t as much about that. It was more about getting our last days on set with each other and our directors and our crew that we’ve grown so close with and these characters that we’ve grown so close with. It was almost just nostalgic – everyone celebrating the end of all these years that we’ve had together,” Dylan explained to EW.

Tyler added, “That’s totally what it was. I feel like we kind of said goodbye to the characters a little while ago and so the last day was really just for us and was really nostalgic.”

“We’ve been anticipating it for a while so we’ve gone through a lot of mourning these characters. We’ve been aware that it’s going to go eventually and we’ve always wanted to just soak it up, so that last episode’s just fun to just do it one last time. It doesn’t really totally matter to me what happened,” Dylan concluded.
