Kylie Jenner is showing off her new blue hair on New Year’s Eve!
The 21-year-old reality star and makeup mogul was spotted going out for dinner in a white dress alongside boyfriend Travis Scott on Monday night (December 31) in West Hollywood, Calif.
Kylie debuted the new color on her social media account the day before.
“Thank you for another unforgettable / groundbreaking / amazing year for Kylie Cosmetics! It’s what keeps me going! Can’t wait for you to see what I have in store for you in 2019!” Kylie wrote on her Instagram Stories that night.

The couple stepped out together for the fun party at Blind Dragon karaoke bar on Friday (December 21) in West Hollywood, Calif.

Travis wrapped up the first leg of his Astroworld Tour earlier this week in Los Angeles and next year he is set to travel around North America for 28 more dates.

The 21-year-old makeup mogul was spotted skipping the lines as she and a few friends arrived at Travis Scott‘s concert on Wednesday night (December 19) at The Forum in Inglewood, Calif.

Earlier that day, Travis was spotted getting some holiday shopping done on Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills.
During his recent interview, Travis revealed the one strict rule he and Kylie will be enforcing as their 10-month-old daughter Stormi gets older.
Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott have had marriage rumors swirling around them for quite a while now – almost ever since they welcomed daughter, Stormi Webster.
Now, in his new interview with Rolling Stone, the 26-year-old rapper revealed that he does want to marry her.
“We was just two kids, f***ing around. Maybe, like, the first week, you don’t know if it’s real or a fling. Then the second week you’re like, ‘Whoa, I’m still talking to her, she’s responding, I’m responding. We ain’t run out of a thing to say,’” Travis recalled. “And it got to a point where I was like, ‘I need her with me to operate. She’s that one.’”
He adds that “We’ll get married soon. I just gotta sturdy up — I gotta propose in a fire way.”

The lip kit mogul and the “Goosebumps” rapper were seen exiting their hotel on Wednesday (November 28) in New York City.
Kylie then headed to dinner at Cipriani with some gal pals while Travis went to his concert at Madison Square Garden.
Kylie stayed warm in a black hoodie with a grey jacket, black latex pants, a black beanie, and white socks and sneakers.
Travis donned a a colorful Balenciaga jacket, bedazzled plaid pants, black and white Nike sneakers, and a black baseball cap.

Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott had a big night out in the Big Apple!
The 21-year-old reality star and the 26-year-old rapper were spotted holding hands while arriving back to their hotel after his Madison Square Garden concert on late Tuesday night (November 27) in New York City.
Kylie posted a hot photo on Instagram before the concert and said, “the look ya give when ur hubby is performing at madison square garden tonight 👀.”
The couple is touring around the country with their daughter Stormi Webster, but she stayed behind at the hotel with a nanny during the show.

“hell of a way to end the night 🌹♥️,” she captioned it. Travis‘ song “Hell of a Night” could be heard playing in the background.
