Amber Stevens shades her eyes from the sun peaking out of the sky with a floppy hat as she arrives at Variety‘s 2010 Power of Youth event at Paramount Studios in Hollywood on Sunday (October 24).

The 23-year-old possible Torchwood star accessorized her look with knee-high brown suede boots and a front leopard print black bag.
