Brenda should have been nominated, and I remember these nominations are old.. they were announced like over a week ago. Whatever, Justin and brenda being left in the dust, and Andrew sometimes being left in the dust. Lame. Why is Armie Hammer being left in the dust too, he’s an AMAZING actor and Max Minghilla was good too.. all of the critic people liked justin, andrew and brenda…. so it doesnt make sen se how critic people don’t nominate them

Hailee and saoirse are very talented :)

whoa, now i wonder if the academy does the same, putting hailee in the lead category instead of supporting.

I love Will in ‘school of comedy’ hes a comedy genius

@Sophia: The London Critics Association doesn’t have a supporting category for non-British people and Hailee isn’t British so they put her in the only category non-Brits get in, MOËT ACTRESS OF THE YEAR.

The Academy wouldn’t do that because it would be false, she’s a supporting not lead.

Why has she only won six awards? I doubt she’ll be in the Academys now, the race is tough and a lot of supporting actresses have gained more awards than her.

Unless if she becomes a ‘surprise’ nominee.

Noomi Rapace, was horrible in all 3 of those movies. They where made for tv quality.

  • David

She was awesome in True Grit and definitely deserves the nomination. It’s amazing that she was only 13 when it was filmed. I went to see the movie for Jeff Bridges (who was also great), but was most impressed by her performance.

I think Will Poulter did a good job in Narnia: The Voyage of the Dawn Trader. He was so convincing that all I wanted to do was whack him over the head with a sward and drown him!

@jjfan1: Lol! I was thinking exactly the same, he did a very good job in Narnia.. just like the book describes the character

  • Petra

Saoirse Ronan is so talented, she has that one in the bag already.

Hailee did sterling performance at 13 in True Grit. I cannot do that even at 50.
