Cole Sprouse Gives Really Good Advice To Someone Who Suffered From Depression

Riverdale and 13 Reasons Why are the shows that we’re all obsessed with at the moment, and for good reason.

With Riverdale, we’re drawn into the mystery over who killed Jason Blossom, and for 13 Reasons Why, we’re hooked because Hannah Baker’s story resonates with us all.

During his recent Reddit AMA, Cole Sprouse, who stars as Jughead Jones in Riverdale, actually gave one fan some pretty sound advice after hearing his story.

While the fan talked about his friends showing him any support, being scared to leave his room and other things, Cole pointed out that talking about it is the best medicine.

“Your ability to talk about it, whether written or out loud, already speaks lengths about your getting better,” he wrote. “Whether you realize just yet or not, you’ve already succeeded in doing one of the hardest parts: admitting that something could be wrong.”

He adds, “Truthfully, I’m not the most qualified kind of person to be discussing such a topic, and I also don’t know the specifics of your situation, but I can lend some words broadly.”
