Isabella Gomez Takes the Stage at Outfest 2019

Isabella Gomez is bringing One Day at a Time to 2019 Outfest!

The 21-year-old actress stepped out at the film festival on Saturday afternoon (July 20) in Los Angeles.

During the event, Isabella took part in a panel called “Queering the Script,” as she portrays a queer character on the show. Isabella previously opened up about how seriously she takes the role.

“[I take it] so seriously that it’s a little overwhelming, especially because I’m an ally and I’m not actually a person who is living through all of this. It’s a little scary, because I haven’t lived it personally, and I want to make sure I’m representing it accurately. So, I’ve just tried to be the best ally I can be, and to try to listen a lot, and make sure I’m getting all kinds of perspectives,” Isabella told ET.
