Jenna Ortega Joins Growing Cast of 'Scream 5'

Jenna Ortega better start preparing her throat!

It was just announced that the 17-year-old actress has joined the cast of the upcoming Scream 5.

Jenna joins original Scream stars David Arquette and Courteney Cox, as well as In The Heights actress Melissa Barrera.

No other info has been revealed about her role or the plot of the film, other than that it will film in North Carolina, according to Deadline.

Jenna is currently filming her second movie in the past month, The Fallout, which is being directed by Megan Park.

“happy wednesday, Day 11,” Jenna captioned a photo from set on Wednesday (August 18).

Just before starting filming on The Fallout, Jenna wrapped on Songbird the week before, where she co-stars alongside KJ Apa, Sofia Carson and more.
