Anna Todd got fans really excited during a recent Q&A, opening up about when fans could possibly expect to see the first trailer for After.
Talking with El Mundo, the author dished that November was a good ballpark to see the second visual from the upcoming flick, starring Josephine Langford and Hero Fiennes Tiffin .
“In the US, it’s going to come out at the end of November, so I imagine that around here [Spain] it will be around then [too],” she told fans. “In any case, at the end of November it will be on the internet.”
Anna also shared that the best part about the filming process was seeing “how the book came to life and the chemistry that occurred between all the actors.”
She added that stepping behind the camera herself was a cool thing too: “It was amazing, really. It was a strange feeling because I felt so comfortable in that role, and it seemed so natural to me.”

Paramount Pictures has bought the rights to a novel called “After” by first-time author Anna Todd, a 25-year-old Army wife who wrote the book after she was bored one day.
“I was reading fan fiction on Wattpad, but they were taking a little bit to update the stories, so I started writing my own stories to entertain myself. I didn’t think anyone would read it,” Anna told E! News.
“Tessa is a girl in college. It’s not me, but I’ve realized we have certain things in common,” Anna explained about the story. “The male lead in the story just looks like Harry Styles, but he is in college not in a band. All of the 1D boys are in the story. Liam [Payne] is Harry‘s stepbrother in the book. In the book Harry is Hardin, Louis [Tomlinson] is Logan, Liam is Landan, Niall [Horan] is Nate and Zayn [Malik] is Zedd.”
“There are definitely sex scenes,” Anna continued. “I mean, I was writing it for myself…There are adult scenes in the story. There is no S&M. They are regular sex scenes, but very detailed. It’s the vanilla version of Fifty Shades of Grey!”
