Ariana Grande might be skipping the 2019 MTV VMAs this year.
The 26-year-old singer, who tied Taylor Swift for the most nominations this year, revealed her reason for not being able to make it to the live show.
When asked by a fan if she was going to attend, Ariana shared that she has “shows in london the day before and after :/.”

Several stars are responding to a report that photographer Marcus Hyde refused to shoot a model unless she sent him explicit photos.
Ariana Grande, who has worked with him in the past, along with Shay Mitchell and Bella Thorne, who has been very vocal about her sexual abuse, have all spoken out on the matter.
“Dear models/artists in LA / anywhere. I have just read some shocking and really heartbreaking stories. i hate that this is a conversation. please do not shoot with photographers who make you uncomfortable or make you feel like you need to take your clothing off if you don’t want to,” Ariana wrote on her Instagram story. “If you want to, sick. but if you don’t, please don’t. if they tell you you have to pay more money if you’re clothed that’s f–ked and i’m sorry that has happened to you. i promise there are so many respectful, nice, talented photographers out there.”
“Social media is wonderful for a lot of reasons but it also has become a playground for predators, and ladies, we need to look out for each other,” Shay added. “If you encounter someone that is treating you with disrespect, acting inappropriately or trying to leverage their ‘status’ in a way that jeopardizes your comfort then please always do right by yourself and speak out. There are a lot of mentally unwell people alongside of us, and we need to make sure they do not have the opportunity to prey or hurt others… ‘celebrity photographer’ or not.”
Bella commented on a post that revealed the messages back and forth between the model and photographer.
“This is so gross,” she wrote. “We just let this sh-t slide all the time it aint ok… So normal tho and that makes it MORE GROSS.”

Ariana Grande officially has her first ever Grammy Award!
The 26-year-old singer picked up the award at the 2018 award show, winning Best Pop Vocal Album for Sweetener.
“i know i’m not there tonight (trust, i tried and still truly wished it had worked out tbh) and i know i said i try not to put too much weight into these things …. but f*ck ……. 🥺 this is wild and beautiful. thank you so much,” Ariana tweeted at the time, just after winning.
Ariana famously skipped this past year’s Grammy Awards after a tiff with Grammys producer Ken Ehrlich.

JoJo Siwa, Liza Koshy and Emma Chamberlain are among the YouTubers that made the list of the Most Influential People on the Internet, according to Time!
The ladies were also joined on the list by another YouTube personality, James Charles.
Also featured on the list were musical acts Ariana Grande and KPOP boy band BTS.
“TIME evaluated contenders by looking at their global impact on social media and their overall ability to drive news,” the brand said of their list of Internet influencers, which includes politicians, musical artists and activists.

The partnership was announced earlier this summer and the 26-year-old singer stuns in the images while wearing key looks from the runway collection.
Ariana also models the collection’s statement bag, the Eden, which was designed in the spirit of Artistic Director Clare Waight Keller’s “Winter of Eden” collection for Fall-Winter 2019-2020.

Just last night, the 26-year-old singer showed off her house pride with a Slytherin headband on Instagram.
She was sorted into the house quite a few years ago, although star Tom Felton was inclined to place her in Gryffindor.
Ariana also revealed on her Instagram Stories that she adopted two new Basset Hound puppies and obviously, gave them appropriate Harry Potter names – Snape and Lily!
She also has another dog named Sirius Black.
