Hayden Panettiere and her boyfriend Wladimir Klitschko leave Nobu Restaurant on Tuesday night (May 21) in West Hollywood, Calif.

The 23-year-old Nashville star recently appeared on The Ellen Degeneres Show where she opened up about attending the White House Correspondent’s Dinner.

“Best/worst day of my life,” Hayden told Ellen. “I can’t even explain it. I woke up with a scratched cornea, I don’t even know how I did it… all of the sudden I couldn’t see out of one eye.”

The week before, Hayden hit the blue carpet at the 2013 Billboard Music Awards held at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas.
