Donald Trump Wins 2016 Presidential Election

Donald Trump Wins 2016 Presidential Election

Donald Trump has pulled off a shocking victory and the American people have elected him to be the President of the United States.

The Republican candidate defeated his opponent, Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton, after he received a lot more support in rural areas around the country than originally expected.

The Associated Press and other outlets called the election results at around 2:36am EST on Wednesday morning (November 9).

As we got into the late hours of the night, key battleground states like Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Wisconsin were too close to call and kept the election from being determined.

Much of the country is in disbelief over the results of the election and celebs took to Twitter throughout the night to share their shock over the vote.

Troian Bellsario Opens Up About Anorexia Struggles & Why She's Voting for Hillary Clinton

Troian Bellsario Opens Up About Anorexia Struggles & Why She's Voting for Hillary Clinton

Troian Bellsario tells us why she’s voting for Hillary Clinton in this brand new ATTN video.

The Pretty Little Liars star opens up about her past battles with anorexia and why that’s a factor in this year’s election for her.

“I’m such a huge supporter of Mrs. Clinton for so many reasons, specifically because she has been such a huge advocate for health care, and her definition of health care includes mental health care,” Troian says in the video, which you can watch below. “And that to me is just — it’s the deciding factor between both candidates.”

She continued, “With anorexia, a lot of it is about presenting a front of everything is OK, as you’re slowly killing yourself. Gone were the days where I was just a happy, carefree kid running around and suddenly I felt this inability to interact with people and to nourish myself.”

“If I had just been shunned to the side as not having ‘real problems,’ I don’t know that I would be living today,” Troian added. “I just want to make sure that everybody has the same opportunity for treatment that I have, and I think that we have to make sure that our government invests in those programs.”
