Marsai Martin gives Miles Brown a cute hug during the Black-ish screening and panel during 2019 PaleyFest New York at The Paley Center for Media on Sunday evening (October 13) in New York City.

The two black-ish stars joined their on screen family, including Marcus Scribner, Anthony Anderson, Tracee Ellis Ross and Lawrence Fishburne for the event, where the cast opened up about their long-running ABC series.

Just recently, Marsai sat down for an interview about her recent film, Little, which she executive produced.

“They didn’t see the vision,” she said about firing her agents after telling them her idea for Little. “They didn’t see the bigger picture of everything. They just said, like, ‘Shoot, you have this show. Man, that’s it, you should just stick to that.’ And we’d say, how about we just create something or create something that is for us, by us. They were like, ‘I don’t know.’ I think that’s where it kind of went wayward from there.”

Marsai adds about being the youngest executive producer for a big theatrical film, “For it to be a young black girl from Texas to actually make it this far, that will definitely inspire people to keep moving forward. This isn’t the end, you know? This is actually just the beginning.”

The grown-ish ladies blended together with stars from all three ish shows for one fun night together.

Also in attendance were grown-ish guys Trevor Jackson, Jordan Buhat, and Diggy Simmons, black-ish‘s Tracee Ellis Ross, Anthony Anderson, Marsai Martin, Miles Brown, Marcus Scribner, Laurence Fishburne, and Peter Mackenzie, and from the newest in the ish universe, the cast of mixed-ish, Arica Himmel, Ethan William Childress, Mykal-Michelle Harris, Tika Sumpter, Mark-Paul Gosselaar, Gary Cole, and Christina Anthony.

The series premiere of mixed-ish is NEXT Tuesday (September 24) at 9pm ET, followed by the season six premiere of black-ish at 9:30pm on ABC. grown-ish returns for season three in winter 2020.

Sydney Sweeney is a lady in red at the 2019 Creative Arts Emmy Awards Night 2 held at Microsoft Theater on Sunday (September 15) in Los Angeles.

The 22-year-old Euphoria actress was joined by her co-star Maude Apatow, as well as Black-ish actor Marcus Scribner.

Sydney and Maude took the stage to present together, while Marcus joined Shameik Moore as they presented alongside each other.

Marsai Martin is getting all the love on her 15th birthday!

The actress and producer got some sweet messages on Instagram from her TV siblings – black-ish co-stars Yara Shahidi, Marcus Scribner and Miles Brown.

“Sisters that grow up and glow up together, stay together 🥰 Happy Birthday @marsaimartin lucky to be on this adventure with you for the past ALMOST 7 years! I love you and watching your brilliance continue to expand 🥰,” Yara captioned a slideshow of pictures.

“Wooooow where did the time go 😳 can’t believe you’re already fifteen. We’ve come far in both height and choice of attire sis. Happy birthday to this little legend @marsaimartin love you -your big bro ❤️,” Marcus wrote on his account.

“MARSAI YOU ARE LITERALLY 15!!! If you would’ve told me six years ago that we’d be best friends TILL THIS DAY, I would believe you 😂 HAPPY BIRTHDAY I LOVE YOUUU @marsaimartin,” Miles captioned photos of the two of them.

Marcus Scribner fills out notes on bags of chips at the Frito Lay and Feed The Children Back To School Kickoff event on Wednesday (August 7) in Los Angeles.

The 19-year-old black-ish actor helped surprise families in an effort to end childhood hunger.

“Going back to school is the perfect time to start fresh with a positive outlook, so I appreciate the opportunity to join Frito-Lay Variety Packs as we give back to the community and share encouraging words with families that need it most,” Marcus said in an interview. “The power of positivity has such an impact on kids in school, and Snackable Notes gives them a fun and meaningful way to stay motivated throughout the day.”

For every Snackable Note written on a Frito-Lay chip bag and submitted at http://www.SnackableNotes.com, Frito-Lay Variety Packs will make a $1 donation to the anti-hunger organization, supplementing up to two million meals for struggling families.

Aimee Carrero joins her co-stars Karen Fukuhara, Lauren Ash, and Marcus Scribner for the She-Ra and the Princesses of Power panel during 2019 Comic-Con on Friday (July 19) in San Diego, Calif.

The four stars chatted about the upcoming season of the animated series, which airs on Netflix, before dropping a brand new trailer for season three.

Season three finds Adora learning that many things in her past are not what they seem, leading her to embark on a journey of discovery to the desolate Crimson Waste where she meets Huntara.

Punished by Hordak for Shadow Weaver’s escape, Catra and Scorpia also find themselves sent to this land of cutthroats and criminals on a mission to aid Hordak and Entrapta’s master plan. Series regular stars Yara Shahidi, Trevor Jackson, Francia Raisa, Chloe Bailey, Halle Bailey, Jordan Buhat, Diggy Simmons, and Deon Cole were joined by special guest star Marcus Scribner for a live table read of episode 2016, “Self Care”.

Episode writer Lisa McQuillan was also at the event in celebration of the groundbreaking series.
