Another fairy JJJ just can’t get enough of is Iridessa, the light fairy.
Voiced by Raven Symone, 26, Iridessa plays an important part in the new Secret of the Wings as one of Tink’s amazing friends.
“I think with every Tinker Bell movie there’s a message about empowerment, that if you pick the right friends, and you have your family by your side, you can go as far as you want to, as long as you trust each other,” Raven shared in a recent Q&A. “Whatever Tinker Bell pulls her friends into, she knows that they have her back. So definitely, the message is about empowerment and friendship.”
Raven added about why so many young girls identify with Iridessa, “I think that depends on who they are…If you don’t connect with Iridessa you’ll connect with Rosetta or Fawn, because they all exude their own personal charisma. Iridessa is very straight to the point. She likes her I’s dotted and her T’s crossed. She’s a no nonsense type of girl. But at the same time she can let loose and have fun with the rest of the girls.”
Check out another video with celeb hair stylist Ken Paves to see how to grab Iridessa’s bun. And we’re also giving away another Bluray!
