Italia Ricci cuddles close to Robbie Amell as they step out at the Rango premiere held at Regency Village Theater in Los Angeles on Monday night (February 14).
JJJ recently caught up with the couple earlier this month and asked about their plans for Valentine’s Day.
Italia told us, “We were going to go away, but… I don’t know. Last year, I got him a magic bullet for Valentine’s Day. He uses it a lot for his protein shakes and everything. I’m not a romantic girly-girl. I don’t like flowers. The smell reminds me of funeral homes. That sounds so morbid (laughs). But he [Robbie] does get creative — bringing home all these weird flowers, the ones that don’t require direct sunlight.”
Robbie shared, “I have no clue what I’m doing. She doesn’t drop any hints at all. I will plan something but it’s pilot season so we can’t really go away. We would love to; I hear Hawaii is beautiful any time of year. If we weren’t in pilot season, I would so say ‘Let’s go to Hawaii for five days. Happy Valentine’s Day.’”

Ashley Argota gets her game on with Justin Chambers as they attend the launch of “Donkey Kong Country Returns” for the Wii in Los Angeles over the past weekend.
The 17-year-old True Jackson VP starlet met up with costar Robbie Amell at the event. The two were trying to top each other in cooperative play as Diddy and Donkey Kong in the game.
Also spotted at the event were Savvy and Mandy, The Event stars Taylor Cole and Jason Ritter plus True Blood star Joe Manganiello and fiancé Audra Marie also stopped by.
Guests enjoyed the Donkey Kong jungle décor, banana splits, and an arcade-like setting at the event.
“Donkey Kong Country Returns” for Wii drops November 21st.

The UnNatural History hottie, who just celebrated her 23rd birthday yesterday (October 29), was accompanied by boyfriend Robbie Amell — who went as Batman. Hmmm…maybe he didn’t want to wear the same costume twice?

Robbie Amell keeps close to girlfriend (and almost birthday girl) Italia Ricci as they attend the 2010 Camp Ronald McDonald For Good Times Halloween Carnival held at Universal Studios Back Lot on Sunday afternoon (October 24).
Presented by JAKKS Cares, the carnival has raised $7 million through ticket sales over the past 17 years with proceeds going to year-round, cost-free sleep-away camp programs for children with cancer and their families.
The duo plus good friend Ashley Argota also stepped out at Variety‘s 2010 Power of Youth event at Paramount Studios in Hollywood the same day.
JJJ caught up with Robbie on the carpet and opened up about possibly making another Scooby Doo film for Cartoon Network. He shared, “There is a script, but is hasn’t been green-lighted yet. Hopefully, crossing fingers, since the ratings were so good for the second…”

In the film, the Mystery Inc. gang are on another sleuthing adventure. The gang (Freddie, Shaggy, Velma and Daphne) take summer jobs at a country club owned by Daphne’s uncle. There they discover strange phenomena at the local lake where mystical moonstones, creepy characters and a monster are at large.
We chatted with Robbie about the movie and couldn’t help but ask about when and how Freddie goes blond. He shared with us, “I will be blonde in this movie. I can’t tell you how long I will be blonde, but I will be blonde. It’s too unbelievable how Freddie turns blonde. And when you see it, you’ll know why I’m not blonde.”
Scooby Doo & Curse of the Lake Monster premieres Saturday, October 16 @ 7PM ET/PT on Cartoon Network.
