“This Wednesday… 5 Episodes in 5 Weeks,” Stephen captions with the video. “Then you’ve got to wait for Season 6. Assuming of course… that anybody survives.”

They might be your OTP on the screen, but off of it, Arrow stars Emily Bett Rickards and Stephen Amell are fierce foes in the gym.
The two actors have been bringing the trash talk to Twitter after, during and before working out at the gym in Vancouver — encouraging each other during their workouts.
“Hey @EmilyBett — since you’re the champ of the Sally Up exercise, I got another challenge coming your way…” Stephen wrote on Twitter in the latest challenge…and Emily was more than on board: “BRING IT.”
Um…Emily, that doesn’t even look remotely easy. Are you sure?!
The trash talk didn’t just start there though. Click inside to see how Emily and Stephen have been challenging each other all year long… More Here! »
Felicity Smoak and Oliver Queen are meant to be together on Arrow.
They know it, you know it, we all know it — so what’s the hold up? Well, it is television.
Stephen Amell might have revealed just how the former couple will find a way back to each other — by talking everything out.
The fact that both of them get into the shit is one of the ways that they gravitate back towards one another,” he shared. “They have a common malady, so to speak.
She, above anyone else, is the person that he’s going to go to, if he has something to confide or work through.”
He explains of his two best friends: “Diggle is very much the soothsayer and the person who can give him a good piece of advice. But in terms of a heart to heart and a dynamic conversation, Felicity is the one for him.”
“The fact that she’s going through something like that, maybe that’s going to cause him to open up.”
And it looks like the showrunners agree… More Here! »
Olicity may be reuniting on Arrow soon.

“That’s not really up to me, but I will say that they have some really, really cool stuff coming up,” Stephen shared, giving all Olicity fans everywhere a little bit of hope when it comes to the estranged couple.
Whether that will happen in the next episode or, even five, remains a mystery still.

Candice Patton wore the most gorgeous shade of blue to “one of her favorite events,” PaleyFest!
The Flash actress was joined by her fellow cast mates of the CW’s DC Comics-based Arrowverse series Grant Gustin and Melissa Benoist at The Paley Center for Media’s 2017 PaleyFest presentation of The CW’s Heroes & Aliens held at Dolby Theatre on Saturday (March 18) in Hollywood.
Also in attendance were more Arrow, The Flash, Supergirl, and Legends of Tomorrow stars, including David Ramsey, David Harewood, Brandon Routh, and Caity Lotz, as well as moderator Kevin Smith and the shows’ executive producers.
At the event, it was revealed that there will be a surprise crossover in the second-to-last episode of Legends’ fifth season!
“I will call it a surprise crossover,” EP Marc Guggenheim told Deadline. “No one knows this because we’ve kept it under wraps, but there’s a surprise cameo, surprise crossover moment in the penultimate episode of Legends.”
“Very soon, the author of the greatest, I guess you could call it ‘fantasy novel series’ of all time will appear,” EP Phil Klemmer also hinted. “You can figure out who that is.”
FYI: Caity is wearing Thai Nguyen with Pedro Garcia heels.

We think someone needs to teach Stephen Amell just what the Mannequin Challenge is…
The Arrow star tried to take part in the challenge with his cast mates to celebrate the 100th episode, airing RIGHT NOW on the east coast — but it didn’t turn out so well.
In the vid below, the rest of the cast — including Emily Bett Rickards, Echo Kellum and David Ramsey — froze for the challenge in their place.
All expect Stephen, who ruined it by moving not just one, or twice, but a ton of times!
We can’t believe how fast the 100th episode of Arrow came!
“I can’t believe our 100th episode is airing tonight. Because of the network we’re on, and the long shadows cast by The Vampire Diaries (RIP, Brady The Werewolf) and Supernatural (RIP, Background Character I Eventually Play Who Is Brutally Murdered) people might be inclined to think that 100 episodes come along easily,” star Stephen Amell writes on his Facebook.
“They don’t. You have to be incredibly fortunate. More importantly, you have to be surrounded by a singularly talented Crew and Cast. Directors and Writers. Executives, Network and Studio Heads. We are. We really, really are.”
He continues, “The fans, from all over world, young and old… whether you discovered Green Arrow in the 1940′s or you discovered the show somewhere between October 10, 2012 and tonight, thank you. This experience has fundamentally altered the lives of more people than you can possibly imagine. What a ride.”
