“You write the character a certain way, and I mean, he was always going to be this prickly antagonist who is Barry’s — in a lot of ways, his boss and sort of is on to his disappearances and he’s a smart guy, so he starts to figure out something is wrong with Barry, and he doesn’t like him because of that,” executive producer Todd Helbing told Access Hollywood. “But … as the season goes on and you start to see more and more scenes, [you] start to pick out what’s really working and the chemistry between these two guys and then you can just write to make the scenes that much better, just more informed. So it certainly changes and evolves over the course of the season.”
The Flash airs TONIGHT, October 11 @ 8PM on The CW.
Tom Felton bundles up to stay warm from the cool weather at the premiere of A United Kingdom during the 2016 BFI London Film Festival at Odeon Leicester Square on Wednesday night (October 5) in London, England.
“Tom Felton is portraying a character on our show — he’s not portraying Tom Felton,” executive producer Andrew Kreisberg told EW. “Cisco will continue to make pop culture references. We’re, generally speaking, not afraid to have a little bit of a meta-moment.”
Tom told the mag about possible Harry Potter jokes, “I’m so excited for the references. I don’t doubt the talent and creativity of the writers. I’ve got a feeling they’ll come up with some real good ones. I hadn’t thought about me saying it — I assumed it would come at me from Cisco — but maybe I should give it to Cisco. Maybe he should misquote something and I could correct him.”

Tom Felton wears a bright orange tank while leaving his apartment on Friday afternoon (August 19) in Vancouver, Canada.
The 28-year-old actor stopped by the gym before skatboarding his way to The Flash set to film for the upcoming season.
“I found out after the first scene for me that Grant [Gustin] and Jesse [L. Martin] are both Potter fans,” Tom revealed in a recent interview. “So they were sort of secretly doing this fanboy moment I think while I was neck deep in it myself.”
Tom added, “It was fun but also surreal. I have to sort of keep (cool). Like, ‘Oh my god, you’re here! You’re talking to Barry Allen!’”
