With her retro camera around her neck, Elle Fanning stops at a newsstand in Los Angeles on Friday afternoon (July 15).

The 13-year-old actress picked up a copy of the new Vogue with Sarah Jessica Parker on the cover.

Elle recently told Vogue about attending her first couture show in Paris. “It’s like a dream They said it was the latest�”or one of the latest�”times a show ever started!
