Ashley Tisdale: 'Working Out De-Stresses Me'

The 26-year-old actress recently caught back up with American Cheerleader mag about how she stays zen in Hollywood.

Ashley shared, “I work out. When I first started, I wasn’t really working out, and my dad was like, ‘You need to find something that will de-stress you, becuase you’re constantly running all over the place.’”

“So I started doing yoga. When I work out, I can just be in the moment,” she continued, “Let go of all that stress and not think about everything that’s happening around me.”
