Phoebe Tonkin & Teresa Palmer: GenArt Vena Cava Party People

Phoebe Tonkin attends the GenArt honors alumni Vena Cava poolside party at Chateau Marmont on Wednesday night (August 15) in Los Angeles.

The 23-year-old actress caught up with fellow Aussie actresses Teresa Palmer and Bella Heathcote.

Phoebe, Bella and Teresa came out to toast designer Sophie Buhai on the new collection for Vena Cava and listened to tunes from St. Vincent and DJ Tennessee Thomas.

Vena Cava, the designer brand helmed by Lisa Mayock and Sophie Buhai, were influenced by Noir films of the 40′s as well as movies from the 70′s, like Chinatown, Taxi Driver, and The Long Goodbye for their Fall/Winter 2012 collection. The collection features both bold and colorful pieces with an emphasis on men’s tailoring; elegant 40′s dress shapes, and singular prints.
