Willa Holland: Elton John Oscar Party 2013

Willa Holland goes glam at the 2013 Elton John AIDS Foundation Academy Awards Viewing Party held at the Pacific Design Center on Sunday (February 24) in West Hollywood, Calif.

The 21-year-old actress was joined at the event by other celebrities, including Debby Ryan, Miley Cyrus, and Nina Dobrev.
