Julianne Hough is pretty in blue as she steps out for the Georges Hobeika Couture Autumn/Winter 2013/ 2014 Fashion Show held during Paris Fashion Week on Monday (July 1) in Paris, France.

That same day, the 24-year-old actress’s brother Derek was spotted leaving the Beyonce concert at the Staples Center in Los Angeles.
