Julianne Hough makes a call as she departs Cara Santana‘s birthday party with director Ari Sandel on Saturday night (August 17) in West Hollywood, Calif.

The 25-year-old actress and her rumored new boyfriend left the Chateau Marmont together in a Town Car.
