Jessica Lowndes dolls up in a little lace number as she arrives at the Lipsy London Glam launch party held at the Cumberland Hotel in London on Thursday evening (August 29).

“So excited to be launching @Lipsylondon new perfume “Glam”! Had such a fun night celebrating with everyone! Xo,” the 24-year-old actress wrote on Twitter after the party wrapped up.
