Shailene Woodley and Theo James sit down to talk all things Divergent on The Today Show on Wednesday (March 12) in New York City.

“We did some training,” Shailene said about prepping for the movie. “Both of us were pretty fit when we started. You did some boxing before and I did some martial arts.”
Theo added, “We had a month and we kind of pushed ourselves beyond the human limit, kind of, but not really.”
