Sarah Hyland is most definitely back in her home state of New York and she is showing everyone how it’s done.

The 24-year-old Modern Family actress dolled up in a cute Alice + Olivia outfit with red hot heels for The View on Wednesday morning (April 23).

Sarah chatted up the newest Modern Family episode that airs tonight, which took the Pritchett-Dunphy family to Australia.

After the show, Sarah made a quick change into a cool leather jacket, jeans and ‘Can You Not’ beanie and headed to the subway for a train ride to meet with a few friends.

We just wish we were as cool as Sarah to pull any of that off.
