Penn Badgley is as handsome as ever on the red carpet at the Joyful Heart Foundation’s Joyful Revolution Gala on Thursday evening (May 29) at Cipriani 42nd Street in New York City.

The 27-year-old actor was joined at the event by stars like Law & Order: SVU‘s Mariska Hargitay and Girls‘ actress Jemima Kirke.
