Miley Cyrus rocks a “Billionaire Girls Club” hoodie while walking her pet pooch on Tuesday (November 18) in Studio City, Calif.

The 21-year-old entertainer’s relationship with Patrick Schwarzenegger appears to be heating up as the two were spotted holding hands during a dinner date at Mr. Nice Guy over the weekend.

In case you didn’t know, Patrick admitted in a Details magazine interview that he was crushing on Miley in 2011.
