Karen Gillan Chats About Doctor Who's Amy & Rory's Love Story With Nine-Year-Old Reporter

Karen Gillan cutely scrunches up her nose as she arrives at LAX airport for a departing flight in Los Angeles on Friday afternoon (May 29).

The 27-year-old Scottish actress recently spoke with cute nine-year-old reporter Presley during a recent convention appearance and opened up about Amy and Rory’s love story on Doctor Who.

“I had no idea that the story would take such a twist and become this epic love story between Amy and Rory,” she shared.

Karen continued about the way the two would be written off the show, “We didn’t know what the ending was going to be�and we were coming up with with all sorts of theories and nobody guessed that we would go the way we went. But I’m so glad that we did because we got displaced in time so we actually had our happy ending in a weird way.”
