Nikki Reed Makes Beach In Santa Monica 'Barefoot Friendly'

The 27-year-old actress teamed up with 100 volunteers, Barefoot Wine and the Surfrider Foundation for the annual Barefoot Wine Beach Rescue Project.

“Barefoot knows that I use my voice a lot for environmental causes,” Nikki shared at the event. “This just seemed like a really natural partnership between us – my uncle and aunt, who live in Kauai, actually started their own little beach cleanup that my brother and I took part in as children. Just going down to the beach in the morning and putting trash items in your bag and walking home doesn’t take any more time.”

Nikki and all of the volunteers who helped cleaned over 250 pounds of trash from the sand!
