Justin Bieber Has Shoe Palace Shopping Spree!

Justin Bieber keeps it cool and casual in a white fitted cap while making his way out of Shoe Palace on Sunday (July 19) in West Hollywood, Calif.

The 21-year-old singer was accompanied by his bodyguards as they helped him carry bags and bags of shoes out of the store after his afternoon shopping spree.
