Kylie was showing off a completely new look during the fest with rainbow locks tied back into boxer braids.

“rainbow braids,” Kylie wrote on her Instagram, also mentioning that she was wearing her new metallic matte lip kit and a Tyga concert tee she found at a thrift store.
