Princess Catharina-Amalia Walks on Crutches For Dutch Royal Family Summer Portraits

Crown Princess Catharina Amalia of the Netherlands gets a kiss from her father, King Willem-Alexander, during the summer photo call held at Villa Eikenhorst on Friday (July 8) in Wassenaar, Netherlands.

The 12-year-old heir-apparent to the throne was also joined by her sisters, Princesses Alexia and Ariane, and mother, Queen Maxima.

For the photo call, Catharina-Amalia wore a cast on her sprained ankle and walked on crutches as the Dutch Royal Family posed for pictures.

According to King Willem-Alexander, she only has to wear the bandage for four days.
