Ashley Benson is all smiles while celebrating her cousin Elijah‘s 21st birthday at at TAO Beach in The Venetian on Saturday night (July 23) in Las Vegas.

The 26-year-old Pretty Little Liars star and her family later grabbed dinner at TAO Restaurant.
