The 27-year-old DNCE singer worked up a sweat while practicing his boxing techniques with his trainer.

Two days later, Joe headed to Dubai with his band when he learned that his brother Kevin and wife Danielle had given birth to a new baby named Valentina!

Joe took to Twitter to post a sweet message for the happy new parents.
