'Arrow's Laurel Lance Wasn't Laurel Lance At All in Winter Premiere

Laurel Lance did indeed return to Star City on Arrow last night…it just wasn’t the Laurel that we all knew.

Instead of being the same Laurel (played by Katie Cassidy) we saw die at the end of season four (who we all hoped it actually was), this Laurel was actually Earth-2′s Black Siren!

During the episode, (and after Felicity caught the deception) Black Siren explained that she had come after Team Arrow because of big bad Prometheus as he was threatening her life.

So, after trying to kill Felicity (don’t you dare!), she’s locked up at a secure A.R.G.U.S. facility.

“The episode ends with laying a very specific seed with a very specific game plan on our part that we hope to see come to fruition,” EP Marc Guggenheim shared with EW after the episode aired. What does that even mean?!
